If physical therapy or 1-on-1 coaching is the best fit for you, your first session focuses on assessing movement patterns, strength, mobility, lifestyle, and pain triggers so we can better understand your goals and build a plan around your needs.

If group training is the right fit, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so we can learn more about your goals, training history, and walk you through the flow of class.

Can I Use Insurance or What Does Cash-Based Mean?

Fearless is a cash-based, out-of-network clinic. That means you pay directly at the time of service, which allows us to spend more time with you, build truly individualized plans, and focus on performance-driven outcomes instead of insurance restrictions.

We accept HSA and FSA funds and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

How Much Does It Cost and What Are My Options?

Pricing depends on the level of care and frequency needed. During your discovery call, we’ll discuss your goals and outline clear options so you understand the investment upfront. No surprises. Just a plan that fits your needs.

How Long Does It Take to Return to Lifting or Sport?

Timelines depend on your injury history, activity or sport demands, and starting point. Our goal is not just symptom relief, it's rebuilding the strength and capacity required for confident return to activity or sport.

Many clients notice meaningful improvements in pain and movement within a few weeks, and we adjust your progression intentionally as you build tolerance. Many then move into 1:1 personal training or group training to maintain and build on that progress long term.
