What's the best way to get started?

Book a discovery call to talk through your goals and confirm we are a good fit. It is a low-pressure conversation — no commitment required.

Do you accept insurance?

We are cash-based and do not bill insurance directly. We accept HSA and FSA payments and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have relevant imaging or prior PT notes, feel free to bring those along. Otherwise, just show up ready to move and talk through your goals.

Do you offer telehealth visits?

Yes. We offer telehealth for both physical therapy evaluations and follow-up visits. It is a good option if you prefer to meet remotely or have scheduling constraints.

How long does it take to see results?

Many people notice improvements in confidence, strength, and tolerance for activity within their first few visits. Progress depends on your starting point and goals, and we will set realistic expectations from the start.
